Refund And Return Policy
You have six days from the date you received the item(s) to return them, stating the reason on the contact page. Make sure all items are in excellent condition and have their original packaging.
No security seals are broken and all labels are intact.
We will only accept returns that have a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or if you receive the wrong product. If the product is shipped, we cannot compensate you. If you find a wrong product or defective product, then you have the right to get a refund within 6 days after delivery.
After five days from the delivery date, we will not accept any compensation claims. If we approve the return, please inform us and deliver the product as soon as possible.
Note: When you return products to us, customs fees or taxes may apply. Therefore, please do not return anything to us without contacting our customer service. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred by the return.
